The news states that passengers traveling from Singapore to Pakistan are no more required to possess a COVID-19 PCR test to cross the borders. This notification is issued by the CAA (Civil Aviation Authority) on Thursday. The very reason for this measurement is simple and shows the achievement of rules and combat of Singapore.
Singapore is very recently added to the list of those places or countries that fall into category A. Category A shows that a certain country has the least risk of coronavirus and it’s safe to travel to and from there. International Travelers Categories
The most recent travel advisory shows the division among travelers from different places into two distinct categories which are Category A and Category B respectively.
- Category A
The passengers with category A classification do not require any PCR test of COVID-19 with negative results. CAA (Civil Aviation Authority) New Measurements
Earlier, this month the civil aviation authority has reduced the number of regions and countries in the list of Category A. There were 30 countries in this category but now the list only contains 22 countries that can take Cheap Airline Tickets Booking or any other to Pakistan without a PCR test. The new list includes the following countries:
- People Republic of China
- Cuba
- Estonia
- Japan
- Ghana
- Norway
- Turkey
- Vietnam
- South Korea
- New Zealand
- Australia
- Sri Lanka
All the small and big international airline companies have been informed and strictly instructed to execute and implement the new announcements immediately. The authority has also said there will be no exceptions and all the passengers will be treated equally on a fair basis depending upon their type of category. Moreover, international passengers now also need to provide their signatures on the health declaration form prior to their air travel boarding.
This new decision has been made after the warning from the experts to Pakistan that the region is striving and battling against the second and more devastating wave of COVID-19. It was also pointed out that dozens of people are losing their lives within a matter of every single day and that’s why it’s imperative to take precautionary and necessary measures to control the situation.
